This award is in remembrance of Tim Peters and his “heart of gold.” Nominees are those who have, or are currently, supporting and caring for individuals who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening disease. Nominees range from medical professionals to a caregiving family member or friend - anyone who has gone above and beyond to care for those around them.
