Only CCHMC Heart Institute Campers and staff are eligible to participate Heart of Gold Memorial Fund will have first printing rights to the design. By submitting you agree that if your design wins , it can be used by the Heart of Gold Memorial Fund on a t-shirt and other promotional items, including our website and marketing and public relations materials. The winner will be acknowledged on our website and social media, so give us a follow!

Entries will be judged by a panel of Heart of Gold board members and Camp Joyful Hearts staff members. Winner will be notified by phone and email **at the discretion of Heart of Gold Memorial Fund forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following:
